雪兒·史翠德（Cheryl Strayed，née Nyland; 1968年9月17日—）是一位美國女性作家。她在國家雜誌和報紙上發表過多篇散文隨筆，並兩度入選最佳美國散文。發表在 The Missouri Review 上的 "Munro Country" 一文還贏得普希卡獎。[1]
2012年出版的回憶錄於2014年被桑-馬克·維利改拍成電影《狂野行》，麗絲·韋花絲潘飾演雪兒·史翠德。

1999年，她與電影製作人 Brian Lindstrom 結婚，兩人育有兩個孩子，一家人居住在俄勒岡州波特蘭。[2]
她是一位女性主義活動家，是公益團體 VIDA: Women in Literary Arts 的理事會成員[3]。
