霍斯堡燈塔（英語：Horsburgh Lighthouse；馬來語：Rumah Api Horsburgh），又稱霍士堡燈塔，是一座尚在運作的燈塔，標誌着新加坡海峽的東部入口。它位於新加坡共和國的白礁島上。該燈塔是新加坡最早竣工的燈塔，它位於新加坡本島以東約54公里，距馬來西亞柔佛州14公里。^[1]

霍斯堡燈塔以東印度公司蘇格蘭水文學家詹姆斯·霍士堡船長（英語：Captain James Horsburgh；1762年9月28日 - 1836年5月14日）的命名，霍士堡在18世紀末和19世紀初繪製了新加坡周圍的許多海道圖。他當時號稱「世界航海神諭」。他的海圖和所著書籍使船只能夠穿越危險的海洋區域，拯救了中國和印度之間海上的許多生命和財產。^[2]燈塔六樓訪客室的牆壁上，燈室下方有一塊板，上面刻有如下銘文（拉丁語）：^[3]

中文大意：

我，燈塔，被賦予了在印度支那海域出名的水文學家霍斯堡的名字，它的建造，如果不是主要由英國商人的天賦，那麼肯定是由英印帝國的力量造就的；為了拯救水手並紀念這位名人。於W. J. 巴德沃爾（C. B.）擔任總督期間，馬六甲省總督，1851年。

燈塔建在岩石露頭上，幾個世紀以來，這些岩石在地圖上都被識別為「Pedra Branca」（葡萄牙語，意為「白色岩石」）。1836年，在廣州的英國商會出資要在白礁上建燈塔，請殖民地政府勘測師約翰·特恩普爾·湯申（John Turnbull Thomson，1821年 - 1884年）設計建造。為使燈塔能承受白礁島的大浪，湯申到烏敏島采花崗岩建塔。^[4]1850年5月24日，在總督W. J. 巴德沃爾（William John Butterworth）和其他政要的見證下，燈塔正式奠基；燈塔於1851年竣工。燈塔也被稱為白礁燈塔。

白礁的主權在新加坡和馬來西亞直至2008年曾存在爭議。2008年5月23日，國際法院將該島授予新加坡。^[5]
