国际复苏联盟( International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation，ILCOR ) 是一个由美国心脏协会等组织牵头组成的与复苏（英语：Resuscitation）有关的国际性组织，负责制定心肺复苏和 ECC（心血管急救护理）等规范。该组织成立于1992年。国际复苏联合委员会每年召开两次会议[1][2]。
