國際復甦聯盟( International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation，ILCOR ) 是一個由美國心臟協會等組織牽頭組成的與復甦（英語：Resuscitation）有關的國際性組織，負責制定心肺復甦和 ECC（心血管急救護理）等規範。該組織成立於1992年。國際復甦聯合委員會每年召開兩次會議[1][2]。
