《在黑暗中说的鬼故事》（英语：Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark）是一部由阿尔文·施瓦茨创作的儿童恐怖故事系列，最初由斯蒂芬·加梅尔插画。加梅尔使用炭笔与墨水作画，成功为故事的恐怖诡谲气氛增色，深受粉丝好评，但也有家长批评该插画过于恐怖，不符合年龄适合性。
2011年，哈泼柯林斯发行由布雷特·赫尔奎斯特插画的新版，引起粉丝的抗议，迫使出版商将其后的印刷品恢复为加梅尔的插画版本。[1][2][3]
该系列共有3本书，分别为《在黑暗中说的鬼故事》（1981），《更多在黑暗中说的鬼故事》(More Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark，1984）和《恐怖故事集3：深入骨髓的恐怖》（Scary Stories 3: More Tales to Chill Your Bones，1991）。其中收录的短篇恐怖小说来自作者采集的民间故事与都市传说。其中也包含改编自威廉·莎士比亚、T·S·艾略特、马克·吐温、乔尔·钱德勒·哈里斯、贝内特·瑟夫、和扬·哈罗德·布伦德等知名作家的作品。[4][5]
截至2017年，该系列已售出700万本。[6]同名电影则于2019年8月9日发行。
