太平洋甲蠊（学名：Diploptera punctata），又名太平洋硕蠊或太平洋折翅蠊，是一种匍蜚蠊科甲蠊属的中型胎生蜚蠊，主要分布于斯里兰卡、中国西南部（云南、广西、海南）至东南亚一带、澳洲、萨摩亚与夏威夷[1]。雌虫会分泌一种名为“蟑螂奶”的高营养蛋白质结晶体以哺育幼虫。[2][3][4][5][6]成虫拥有化学防御机制，在危险时会从腹部两侧的气孔排放有毒的醌以驱赶天敌。[7]
