弗里茨·茹伯特·杜肯（德语：Fritz Joubert Duquesne，1877年9月21日—1956年5月24日），是一位布尔裔的德国军人、间谍和记者。杜肯在第二次布尔战争期间与布尔人并肩作战[1][2]，其后在两次世界大战中担任德国的秘密特工首领。他曾于一战期间策划暗杀了英国陆军元帅基奇纳[3]，并广泛活跃在南非、英国、南美洲以及美国等地区收集情报，组织间谍活动[4]。1941年6月，美国联邦调查局破获了他所领导的情报组织“杜肯间谍环”，该组织的成员合计被判处300多年的监禁[5][6]。
