欧年乐（1950年—）（Mark O'Neill）是一名英国作家、记者、大学讲师。从牛津大学新学院毕业后，定居亚洲多年，先后受雇于英国广播公司(BBC)、路透社、香港南华早报及其他国际媒体。晓得广东话、普通话、日语以及法语。
