小詹姆斯·奥利佛·瑞格尼（James Oliver Rigney, Jr.，1948年10月17日—2007年9月6日），即较为人所熟知的笔名罗伯特·乔丹（Robert Jordan），是美国奇幻小说作家。他因为《时光之轮》而为人所熟知。《时光之轮》由前传和14本主体所组成。小詹姆斯·奥利佛·瑞格尼还曾以雷根·欧尼尔（Reagan O'Neal）为名发表历史小说、以杰克森·欧莱利（Jackson O'Reilly）为名发表西部小说，以昌隆（Chang Lung）为名发表舞蹈评论。另外，由他代写的《国际惊悚电影》专栏，至今已被认为是经由他人改写过的。[1][2][3][4][5]

[编辑]小詹姆斯·奥利佛·瑞格尼生于南卡罗莱纳州的查理斯顿。他曾在美国陆军担任直升机机枪手，并前往越南参与越战（1968年～1970年）。
