自我搜寻
自我搜寻（Egosurfing）（亦称为自我漫游、虚荣检索、自我检索、自我google、google自己）是指在互联网、媒体、论文中搜寻自己的本名、笔名、代称。越来越多人喜欢在诸如Google的热门搜索引擎上检索自己的网志与网站。多数人一起搜寻时偶而会以像是Googlefight的第三方工具来处理[1]。
由于个人情报与毁谤中伤的文章可能写在当事者不知的地方，因此定期搜寻可能有助于发现这些问题。若是过于频繁地检索自己的名字，则有可能是得到了网络成瘾症[2]。
