苏格兰PFA年度最佳领队（英语：PFA Scotland Manager of the Year）于每年苏格兰球季末颁发，由球员工会PFA苏格兰（PFA Scotland）的会员投票选出上年度的最佳领队。提名名单于每年4月份公布，而在稍后于格拉斯哥举行的颁奖典礼中揭晓获奖者。
