亨利·蓝道

亨利·雅各·蓝道(Henry Jacob Landau)是美国的数学家,研究信息论,特别是有限带宽英语bandlimited函数以及的相关研究。

蓝道分别在1953年、1955年及1957年在哈佛大学获得文学士文学硕士哲学博士,博士论文是On Canonical Conformal Maps of Multiply Connected Regions,由拉斯·阿尔福斯约瑟夫·伦纳德·沃尔什英语Joseph Leonard Walsh指导[1]

蓝道在毕业后,曾在普林斯顿普林斯顿高等研究院二次担任客座成员,也在纽约市立大学香港中文大学哥伦比亚大学担任客座教授,最后成为贝尔实验室的技术人员成员[2]
