保罗·纳齐兹·罗森施泰因-罗丹（波兰语：Paul Narcyz Rosenstein-Rodan，1902年4月29日—1985年4月28日）是一名犹太奥地利经济学家，出生于克拉科夫。他早期受训于奥地利经济学派，师从汉斯·迈耶，期间的主要贡献在于纯经济理论—边际效用，互补，需求层次等。
罗森施泰因-罗丹于1930年移居英国，先后任教于伦敦大学学院（UCL）以及伦敦政治经济学院（LSE）直至1947年。之后他就职于世界银行与麻省理工学院（MIT）并在那里担任教授。
在1943年，罗森施泰因-罗丹发表了著名的《东欧与东南欧工业化的问题》并开创了著名的大推动模型（Big Push Model）。在文中他指出，只要回报随规模增加，政府引导的工业化进程便是可行的。他同时也指出一家厂商是否进行扩厂，决定于对其他厂商行为的预期，这样当整个工业整体得到大规模发展的时候经济增长的速率才会上升。凭借这篇文章他也被视作是发展经济学(Development Economics)的开创者。后期他的著作也注重于这一方面。[1]
为了纪念他的成就，波士顿大学设立了罗森施泰因-罗丹奖学金，表彰该年度该校博士生的优秀论文。[2]
