北极湾（英语：Arctic Bay，因纽特语：ᐃᒃᐱᐊᕐᔪᒃ）是加拿大努纳武特地区基吉柯塔鲁克地区巴芬岛的一个村镇。人口690（2006年统计）。在2006年的人口调查中，人口比2001年人口调查增加了6.8%。[3]北极湾在北极圈内，因此天气很冷。

北极湾城在北纬73°的位置，属于寒带苔原气候，根据柯本气候分类法，北极湾城的气候类型为ET。夏天最高气温很少超过16 °C（61 °F），冬天最低气温时常跌破−45 °C（−49 °F）。
