南方乌鲨（学名：Etmopterus granulosus）是角鲨目灯笼棘鲛科乌鲨属的一种鲨鱼，分布于东南太平洋南纬29度至59度之间，水深220米至1,460米[3]。在诺斯兰外海、查塔姆群岛外海、坎贝尔高原等新西兰海域都发现过该物种[4]。其体长可达60公分[3]。繁殖方式为卵胎生，一胎可产下10到13只幼鱼，出生时体长约18公分[3][2]。它们会发出生物光[5]。
在智利近海研究的南方乌鲨寄生虫包括单殖纲、复殖亚纲、绦虫纲、线虫动物门和桡足纲[6]。
2018年6月，新西兰保护部根据新西兰威胁分类系统，将南方乌鲨列为“未受威胁”，并附有“海外安全”的限定符[7]。
