唱作历史 

一个密西西比（One Mississippi）

他的处女作， 一个密西西比（One Mississippi）， 于1996年在美国的维珍唱片发布。在这张专辑里 Jason Falkner 提供了很多支持，但因为销量不佳，所以后来布伦丹被维珍唱片公司所放弃。

拉帕尔克（Lapalco）

紧接着在2002年，他发布了这张专辑。这一次的唱片仍然没有如预想一样畅销，却也也得到了相比“一个密西西比”在各国家版本总和的三倍的销售量。   ^{[citation needed]}

 专辑内的歌曲‘Good To Me’和‘Tiny Spark’分别被英国电视剧 Teachers 选作第三季和第四季的背景音乐，并且收录到了官方专辑中。这首歌也被刻录到了白线条乐团的单曲专辑 Seven Nation Army的B面上去。并且电影情场算死草 （Along Came Polly） 和World's Greatest Dad也使用了一部分他的歌曲用作背景音乐。^{[citation needed]}

 在布伦丹为这张专辑巡演的时候，曾驻足于英国的里丁&利兹音乐节 （Reading and Leeds Festivals）表演，并且在最后演唱了‘Jet Lag’一曲。这首歌曲与其他五首单曲一起发布在2003年拉帕尔克的再版中。

 2003年的再版中，布伦丹还发布了歌曲‘Metarie’，由后来的乐队The Well Fed Boys演奏，这是布伦丹第一次发布完全由其他人写得歌曲。这意味着在过去他从未发表过非他本人撰写的歌曲。

爱情的多选一 (The Alternative to Love)
