标准摩洛哥柏柏尔语是一个正在进行的计划，旨在创造出柏柏尔语在摩洛哥的标准化语言变体。它是根据2011年《摩洛哥宪法（英语：Constitution of Morocco）》修正案第5条设立的。^[2]

标准摩洛哥柏柏尔语由三种摩洛哥柏柏尔语（施卢赫语、中央阿特拉斯柏柏尔语和里夫语）揉合而成，其中又以叙亚哈语为主。此标准变体的建立使得其他摩洛哥境内的柏柏尔语都变得“不符标准”；而没有人天生就能说标准的柏柏尔语，必须要在学校里学习。同时，一种被称为“新提非纳文字”的书写系统也被创造出来。这种文字基于传统的提非纳字母，但增加了元音字母和额外的辅音字母。^[3]
