约翰·阿什利·赖斯[1]（英语：John Ashley Rice，1832年3月17日—1906年8月18日）是一名美国医生、外科医生和民主党政治人物。他在威斯康辛州参议院任职6年，代表沃基肖郡。
生平[编辑]
赖斯在1832年3月17日出生于纽约州提康德罗加[2]。1851年，他从凯斯西储大学医学院毕业，并搬到威斯康辛州默顿[3]。赖斯在1852年与卡罗琳·卡斯维尔（Caroline J. Caswell）结婚。在她于1864年去世之前，他们共有4个孩子。赖斯在1906年8月18日于威斯康辛州哈特兰逝世[4][1]。
事业[编辑]
1869年，赖斯首次当选为第10区的参议院议员。1871年，他是威斯康辛州副州长的候选人，但输给了米尔顿·皮迪特。此外，赖斯曾担任过学校校长和默顿镇委员会的主席。
