ANJOU 65

ANJOU 65是一种由293T细胞系衍生的人类细胞系[1],而Bartlett 96即为ANJOU 65细胞的衍生物[2]。ANJOU 65细胞持续地表达具致瘤性的猿猴空泡病毒40大T抗原小鼠白血病病毒英语Murine leukemia virus颗粒[3],并且因转染性高而成功筛选出17号克隆 (clone 17) 。在逆转录病毒载体和辅助病毒的瞬时转染时,能够产生高滴度的病毒。有科研人员通过使用衍生自293T细胞的ANJOU 65细胞,生成包含着嵌合包膜衍生物 (chimeric envelope derivatives) 的伪型病毒(即RGD病毒),有助于基因治疗[2]
