白翎海燕、白领海燕（英语：White-necked petrel；学名：Pterodroma cervicalis），也称为白颈海燕（英语：White-naped petrel），学术性的称呼为：白领圆尾鹱；是一种存在于海岛的鹱科动物。 于白翎海燕的非“养育和繁殖”的季节，可以在幅员广大的太平洋绝大多数区域见证其翱翔的姿态。 目前仅知白翎海燕会在新西兰的克马德克群岛中的麦考利岛以及澳大利亚的诺福克岛及菲利普岛繁殖并养育其后代。 牠们原本在拉乌尔岛繁衍并养育其幼鸟，但目前已经不见踪迹。
报告指出，那些在梅雷拉瓦岛、瓦努阿图上繁衍的白翎海燕们与瓦努阿图海燕（学名：P. occulta）十分类似。瓦努阿图海燕被许多人认为是白翎海燕亚种（sub-species）。至于被国际自然保护联盟列为易危的物种则为白翎海燕的“综合种”（"combined" species）。 目前仅知白翎海燕会在新西兰的克马德克群岛中的麦考利岛以及澳大利亚的诺福克岛及菲利普岛 (诺福克岛)繁殖并养育其后代。
The White-necked petrel (Pterodroma cervicalis) is a seabird in the family Procellariidae; adults measure some 43 centimetres (17 in) in length, with a wingspan of 95–105 centimetres (37–41 in). Although the species is found in much of the South Pacific, it breeds on only three islands and is thus considered vulnerable by the IUCN.
