中國港灣工程有限責任公司（英語：China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd）是一家中國基建工程公司。[1]

1980年前身中國港灣工程公司成立，1988年與交通部一航局等14家公司成立中國港灣建設總公司，1996年改制為中國港灣建設（集團）總公司，2005年和中國路橋合併，成為中國交通建設集團子公司。[2]
