烏克蘭反腐敗高等法院（烏克蘭語：Вищий антикорупційний суд України）是烏克蘭專門從事反腐敗案件審理的法院。[1][2][3]

法院位於基輔市勝利大街41號大樓。受理案值超過31000美元的腐敗案件。[4]共有35名法官員額。現有38名法官，其中27人審理一審案件，另外11人處理上訴案件。

歷史[編輯]

2017年10月下旬，為順應歐盟與國際貨幣基金組織的壓力，波羅申科敦促議員「立即行動起來」、完善創建反腐法庭的立法工作。2017年12月，烏克蘭最高拉達起草了反腐敗法院的法律。[5]經過約2000次修訂，2018年6月7日以315票支持的結果通過了該法律的最終版本。2018年6月14日籌建該法院。[6]2018年6月26日烏克蘭總統波羅申科簽署了組建反腐敗高等法院的法律。[7]國際貨幣基金組織將審查這是否滿足它的反腐敗要求，作為發放175億美元政治改革援助資金的前提。[8]成立最高反腐法院是國際貨幣基金組織、世界銀行和歐盟對烏獲得新貸款的一項主要要求。輿論認為，此舉為烏爭取進一步的國際金融援助鋪墊了道路。[9]2018年12月，該法院決定在2019年第一季度正式組建。[10]

2019年4月11日舉行法院成立典禮，烏克蘭總統波羅申科簽署了任命法院38名法官的總統令。[3][11][12][6][13]2019年5月7日由法官群體選出院長奧廖娜·塔納塞維奇（英語：Olena Tanasevych）。[14][15]2019年9月5日正式開始運作。[16][17] 2019年10月30日，該法院首次案件宣判。[18][19][18]
