內維爾·韓德森（英語：Sir Nevile Meyrick Henderson ，1882年6月10日—1942年12月30日）英國外交官，1937年至1939年擔任英國駐納粹德國大使，參與英國綏靖政策的制定，1939年9月3日，韓德森向德國下達最後通牒，要求德國停止針對波蘭的軍事行動，在德國無視該要求後，英國對德國宣戰。隨後韓德森被蓋世太保逮捕，9月7日返回英國。
