地特諾（英語：Deterenol ；亦稱 Isopropylnorsynephrine、Isopropyloctopamine；商品名Betaphrine）是一種興奮劑，可作為β腎上腺素受體激動藥。其曾被用作膳食補充劑產品的成分，但由於可能導致心臟驟停而在大多數國家被禁用。^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]
