基準（Benchmark）是美國舊金山的一家風險投資公司，主要為創業公司提供種子輪資金。
歷史[編輯]
1995年，公司創立，1997年給eBay投資670萬美元，獲得公司22.1%的股份[1]，後來又投資過Uber[2]、Dropbox[3]等許多公司。
結構[編輯]
基準資本是第一家在合伙人中採用平等所有權和回報權的投資公司[4]，所有合伙人都分享同等的收益，沒有高下之分，公司也沒有CEO[5]。
