奴芬克索（INN：nufenoxole；開發代號：SC-27166）是一種止瀉藥，作為外周選擇性阿片受體激動劑，作用方式與洛哌丁胺類似。雖然它能夠激活μ-阿片受體，但它無法穿過血腦屏障，因此具有選擇性的抗腹瀉作用，而不產生鎮痛作用。[1][2][3][4][5]
