律師過剩（英語：Overlawyered）是一個關於美國法律系統的博客[2]，由沃爾特·奧爾森（Walter Olson）創辦和運營，以侵權法改革（Tort Reform）為主題，於1999年成立[3]，Law.com稱其為「被廣泛認為是最古老的法律博客，也是最受歡迎的博客之一」[4]。
許多美國人覺得美國「律師過剩」，然而布魯金斯學會的克利福德·溫斯頓（Clifford Winston）和羅伯特·克蘭德爾（Robert Crandall）以及休斯敦大學的維克拉姆·馬赫什里（Vikram Maheshri）認為，事實上美國的問題在於「律師過少」，而不是「律師過剩」。他們在一本書中指出，在過去幾十年裡，美國嚴格的律師准入制度人為地將律師數量控制在一個較低的水平。律師人數過少，再加上從政律師對經濟的過分管控，使得律師們在工資之外有一筆不勞而獲的額外收入[2]。
律師過剩的主題是揭露美國侵權法制度的荒唐[5]、過度[6]以及濫用[7]。該網站的固定讀者包括美國數以千計的律師、醫生以及考慮建立美國式侵權制度的其他國家的讀者[5]。該網站域名Overlawyered.com[8]註冊於1995年5月8日[9]。
2013年4月26日，奧爾森宣布該博客已隸屬於卡托研究所，他則在該研究所擔任高級研究員[10]。
2020年5月31日，奧爾森在律師過剩官網稱，「我於1999年7月1日，在律師過剩發表了第一篇文章，我預計2020年5月31日的這篇文章將是最後一篇文章」[11]。
