《永遠的楓葉》（英語：The Maple Leaf Forever ），又譯《楓葉永恆》、《永恆的楓葉》，是加拿大作曲家亞歷山大·繆爾於1867年創作的歌曲。

據說亞歷山大·繆爾在創作此曲時受到一棵矗立在他位於多倫多里斯利威老（Leslieville）的房子前面街道上的大楓樹啟發。這首歌在加拿大英語區非常流行，多年來一直作為非官方的國歌。由於其強烈的親英觀點，所以它在加拿大法語區中變得不受歡迎，這阻止了它成為官方的國歌，儘管它被認真考慮過這個角色，甚至在許多情況下被用作事實上的國歌。
