海因茨·拉克（德語：Heinz Raack，1917年5月18日—2002年12月26日），德國男子曲棍球運動員。他曾代表德國參加1936年夏季奧林匹克運動會曲棍球比賽，獲得一枚銀牌。他也曾獲得1937年和1938年全國錦標賽冠軍。[1]
