馬可波羅盤羊（學名：Ovis ammon polii）又稱帕米爾盤羊，為盤羊的一個亞種，主要分布於亞洲中部帕米爾高原地區[2]。為瀕危野生動植物種國際貿易公約附錄II所列的保護動物。在中國被列為國家二級重點保護野生動物[3]。
由於氣候變化以及人類活動造成的過度放牧、礦業開發、過度狩獵、盜獵等因素, 造成馬可波羅盤羊生境破碎化嚴重, 種群數量顯著下降[4]。
