策旺·納姆加爾（英語：Tsewang Namgyal，1961年4月27日—[1]），印度外交官，曾任印度駐古巴大使，印度駐波蘭大使等職務。
經歷
[編輯]1992年策旺·納姆加爾進入印度外事服務部。[1]納姆加爾畢業於德里大學，並獲得德里經濟學院的經濟學碩士學位。[2]
2015年8月28日，被任命爲印度駐古巴大使。[3]2015年11月至2018年3月，任印度駐古巴大使，[2]兼任印度駐海地大使、[4][5]印度駐多米尼加大使。[6]2018年1月24日，納姆加爾被任命爲下一任印度駐波蘭大使。[7]6月4日，被任命兼下一任印度駐立陶宛大使。[8]2018年4月至2021年4月，擔任印度駐波蘭和立陶宛大使。[9]
個人生活
