維納斯和羅馬神廟（Templum Veneris et Romae）是已知最大的古羅馬神廟，位於古羅馬廣場的最東端，靠近羅馬鬥獸場，崇拜對象是幸運女神維納斯和永恆的羅馬（Roma Aeterna）。建築師是哈德良皇帝。神廟始建於121年，135年哈德良皇帝正式揭幕，141年安托寧皮尤斯完成。307年毀於大火，馬克森提皇帝加以重建。

這座神廟修建在尼祿皇帝金宮（Domus Aurea）的地基上，尼祿巨像（Colossus）也遷往劇場（不久建成鬥獸場）附近。哈德良擁有建築技能。

9世紀初嚴重的地震再次摧毀了神廟。大約850年教宗利奧四世下令在神廟遺址上新建聖母新堂（Santa Maria Nova）。1612年大規模重建後改名為聖方濟加堂（Santa Francesca Romana），納入羅馬cella 作為鐘樓。
