《裸者和死者》（英語：The Naked and the Dead）是美國作家諾曼·梅勒的處女作，1948年由萊因哈特公司出版。
這部小說是基於作者在第二次世界大戰菲律賓戰役期間[2]，在第112騎兵團擔任廚師的經歷[3]。 這部小說出版時作者只有25歲，很快成為暢銷書，為《鹿苑》（The Deer Park）等其他作品鋪平了道路。,梅勒認為《裸者和死者》 是他最著名的作品。它是第一部關於第二次世界大戰的熱門小說，被認為是最偉大的英語小說之一。[4] 該書於1958年改編成同名電影。

小說分為四個部分：起浪、陶土與糞土、草木與幻影，以及尾波。
故事發生在南太平洋一個虛構的島嶼安諾波佩島。美軍需要完成趕走日軍的任務，為進入菲律賓做好準備。
