基布兹

基布兹（希伯来语：קיבוץ、קִבּוּץ‎，即為「聚集」之意，英语：Kibbutz、複數kibbutzim）是一种以色列的集体社区，虽然其它国家也有公社企业，但没有任何国家让自愿的集体社区承擔如此獨立的自治權，基布兹在以色列的创建中扮演重要的角色。
