Keng-Fu Lo（羅耕甫，1966年－）is a Taiwanese architectural designer.

He established Chain10 Architecture & Interior Design Institute in 1997. In the early days, he engaged in many interior design works. The idea of design emphasized reducing means and methods as much as possible, using pure perception and creativity to remove all superfluous elements, and using simple forms, Objective ideals reflect the essence of things.

After years of exploration and self-study in architecture, in recent years, his architectural and interior design works have won many international awards, including the 2017 and 2018 World Architecture Awards and the A+award Jury Award, ABB LEAF AWARD and IIDA Global excellence award, which shows that the practice in his works Consistency of the built environment and interior integration. His works have been published in European and American magazines and online platform media for many times, such as More than Design, Utopia Kitchen & Bathroom, Wallpaper Magazine, Designer Kitchen & Bathroom, ark, CONCEPT, Кухни & Ванные комнаты, Trends, Identity, d+a Magazine, and LEICHT ARCHITECTURE+KITCHEN II & III [1] [2] .

In 2016, he was invited to give a public speech at Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano [3] and accepted interviews with international media. In recent years, the award-winning works have been joint winners in international competitions with world-class masters such as Zaha Hadid, Foster + Partners, studio MK27, Nikken Sekkei, Kengo Kuma, Sanjay Puri, WOHA, Aedas, Perkins+Will, SOM, and Claudio Silvestrin .
