加拿大改革党（英语：Reform Party of Canada；法语：Parti réformiste du Canada）是一个右派民粹主义[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]政党，存在于1987年至2000年。该党于2000年由加拿大联盟继承，加拿大联盟在2003年与进步保守党合并形成加拿大保守党。
