大巽他鼠属（学名：Sundamys），哺乳纲啮齿目鼠科的一属[1]，而与大巽他鼠属同科的动物尚有西里伯斯鼠属、扁颅鼠属（刺扁颅鼠）、矢鼠属（长尾矢鼠）、狭鼠属（神女狭鼠）等之数种哺乳动物[2][3]。
