加泰羅尼亞民主統一（加泰隆尼亞語：Convergència Democràtica de Catalunya，IPA：[kumbərˈʒɛnsiə ðəmuˈkɾatikə ðə kətəˈɫuɲə]，縮寫為CDC）是加泰羅尼亞的一個已不存在的主張加泰羅尼亞獨立的政黨。
該黨曾是加泰羅尼亞最大的政黨。該黨重組為加泰隆尼亞歐洲民主黨之前的最後一任主席是阿圖爾·馬斯。

- ^ PDeCAT assumed CDC's political activity on 8 July 2016 and the latter is no longer active, but its brand remains in the electoral register and the party has not been legally dissolved.
- ^ CDC's brand was registered as part of the 一起為了加泰羅尼亞 alliance ahead of the 2017年加泰隆尼亞議會選舉, in order to allow its successor party, PDeCAT, to be guaranteed the public funding corresponding to CDC for the campaign.[9][10]
