水薙（tai3）鳥屬（學名：Ardenna），是鸌形目鸌科下的一個屬。^[2]

分類命名與歷史[編輯]

該屬由德國鳥類學家路德維希·賴興巴赫於1853年建立，並指定了大鸌作為本屬模式種。^[3]^[1]屬名Ardenna來自於1603年意大利科學家烏利塞·阿爾德羅萬迪給予信天翁的名字「Ardenna」或「Artenna」。^[4]

分類學[編輯]

在生物分類學中，水薙鳥屬被建立後有一段時間一直被視為是剪水鸌屬的異名，即本屬成員都被歸於剪水鸌屬下。^[5]一份於2004年對鸌科鳥類線粒體DNA的研究顯示，剪水鸌屬為一多系群，本屬因而被重新「復活」。^[6]^[7]而2022年的研究也支持了這一分類。^[8]
