骨化性纖維黏液樣腫瘤（ossifying fibromyxoid tumo）是一種黏液瘤，四肢較軀幹更多見。[1]發生自間充質。[2]頭部和頸部很少見，但亦有報道。[3]好發於成年人。常表現為皮下組織或肌肉內小腫塊，無痛。[4]
