《Now and Then》是英國搖滾樂隊披頭四樂隊在2023年11月2日發行的一首單曲，是一首帶有迷幻搖滾風格的民謠，[7]被稱為「披頭四樂隊的終曲」[8][9][10][11]，這是披頭四自1996年發行《Real Love》時隔27多年的第一首新歌，也是披頭四樂隊解散50年後第三首單曲。
這首歌起初是由已故樂隊成員約翰·連儂在樂隊解散後於1977年左右創作的，他在家中為錄製了一個有鋼琴伴奏的小樣，但並未完成。1980年，連儂遇刺，到1994年，約翰·連儂的遺孀小野洋子將這首小樣連同其它的連儂遺作帶給了剩餘三位前披頭四成員，另三人圍繞着連儂留下的遺作繼續進行了編曲，1995年，他們在精選輯《Anthology 1》中發行了連儂的另兩首遺作《Free as a Bird》和《Real Love》，但唯獨這首因為連儂小樣中的音質問題沒有繼續下去，被擱置了近三十餘年[12]，到2001年，另一位前隊員佐治·夏里遜也因肺癌去世。
直到30多年後，在使用了音頻修復技術提取出了連儂的聲音後，這項工作終於得以繼續[13]，最終版本還包含了由在世樂隊成員保羅·麥卡尼所編寫的附加歌詞[14]。
