親衛隊第38師「尼伯龍根」（德語：38. SS-Grenadier-Division "Nibelungen"）是二戰時納粹德國武裝黨衛隊中的一個步兵師。該師組建於1945年4月，是武裝黨衛隊在戰爭期間組建的最後一個師。1945年5月8日，親衛隊第38師在溫克爾地區賴特向美軍投降。[1][2]
