喙蝶亚科（学名：Libytheinae）是蛱蝶科中的一个亚科，曾独立分类为喙蝶科（Libytheidae）。在台湾又名天狗蝶或长须蝶，由于它们有又厚又长的唇须伸出在头的前方，非常显著，彷如鸟类的喙般，故取此名。其下共有两个属10个种，6种属喙蝶属，另外4种则属美喙蝶属。中型蝴蝶，翅膀以啡色或土黄色为主^[2]。飞行迅速。寿命长。雄蝶前足退化，没有步行能力；雌蝶正常。
