《2003年性罪行法令》（英语：Sexual Offences Act 2003）是一项英国国会法令，于2003年通过，2004年5月1日正式生效[4]。

该法令取代了旧有的性罪行法，新法令使用了有更具体及详尽的用语，另外亦把窥淫（Voyeurism，第67条）、插入对方身体侵犯（Assault by penetration，第2条）、让儿童观看性行为（Causing a child to watch a sexual act，第12条）、插入尸体（Sexual penetration of a corpse，第70条）等定为罪行。

重大改动[编辑]

除了在1956年的法案增加第33A条外，新法令增加了关于卖淫的罪行，包括：

  • 雏妓（第47－50条）；
  • 透过操控性工作者赚取收入（第52及53条）；
  • 性工作者贩卖（第57－59条）

另外亦把旧法令的“强奸”改为：

  • 某男性（A）故意地把自己的阳具插进另一人（B）的阴道、肛门或口部；
  • B不同意该插入；
  • A并没有理由相信B同意

旧法律并未把插入口部定为强奸，而新法案的第75及76条也加入了可以假定“不同意”的情况。

新法令的“插入对方身体”罪行包括把任何物件插进对方的肛门或阴道。

“儿童色情”的年龄定义加入了16及17岁，但法定承诺年龄仍维持在16岁或以上。
