因狂亂駕駛而傷人
因狂亂駕駛而傷人[1]（injuring person by furious driving），又稱胡亂或狂亂駕駛導致身體受傷害（causing bodily harm by wanton or furious driving），是香港、英格蘭、威爾斯及北愛爾蘭的一項法定罪行。愛爾蘭共和國亦曾設有該罪行，現已廢除。

英格蘭及威爾斯[编辑]
在英格蘭及威爾斯，這項罪行由《1861年侵害人身罪法令》第35條 （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）（各類車輛的司機因狂亂駕駛而傷人）訂立：
Whosoever, having the charge of any carriage or vehicle, shall by wanton or furious driving or racing, or other wilful misconduct, or by wilful neglect, do or cause to be done any bodily harm to any person whatsoever, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and being convicted thereof shall be liable, at the discretion of the court, to be imprisoned for any term not exceeding two years ...
譯文如下：
任何人在控制任何種類的車輛時胡亂駕駛、狂亂駕駛、賽車或作出其他故意的不當行為，或故意疏忽，因而造成或導致任何人身體受傷害，即屬犯非重刑罪，經法庭酌情決定後，可處監禁兩年。
該條由《1948年刑事司法法令》及《1953年刑事司法法令（北愛爾蘭）》第1(2)條修訂。
「非重刑罪」[编辑]
對非重刑罪（misdemeanour）的提述，須解釋為對罪行（offence）的提述。條文中的「即屬犯非重刑罪」就是「即屬犯罪」。[2]

香港《侵害人身罪條例》第33條（各類車輛的司機因狂亂駕駛而傷人）如下：
Any person who, having the charge of any carriage or vehicle, by wanton or furious driving or racing or other wilful misconduct, or by wilful neglect, does or causes to be done any bodily harm to any person shall be guilty of an offence triable either summarily or upon indictment, and shall be liable to imprisonment for 2 years.

任何人在控制任何種類的車輛時胡亂駕駛、狂亂駕駛、賽車或作出其他故意的不當行為，或故意疏忽，因而造成或導致任何人身體受傷害，即屬犯可循簡易或公訴程序審訊的罪行，可處監禁2年。
審訊的方式[编辑]
在香港，「因狂亂駕駛而傷人」屬於可循簡易程序或公訴程序審訊的罪行[1]。在英格蘭及威爾斯，該罪行只能以公訴程序審訊。
刑罰[编辑]
在英格蘭及威爾斯，此罪行可處兩年監禁[3]，在北愛爾蘭[4]及香港[1]亦是如此。
