因狂乱驾驶而伤人
因狂乱驾驶而伤人[1]（injuring person by furious driving），又称胡乱或狂乱驾驶导致身体受伤害（causing bodily harm by wanton or furious driving），是香港、英格兰、威尔士及北爱尔兰的一项法定罪行。爱尔兰共和国亦曾设有该罪行，现已废除。

英格兰及威尔士[编辑]
在英格兰及威尔士，这项罪行由《1861年侵害人身罪法令》第35条 （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）（各类车辆的司机因狂乱驾驶而伤人）订立：
Whosoever, having the charge of any carriage or vehicle, shall by wanton or furious driving or racing, or other wilful misconduct, or by wilful neglect, do or cause to be done any bodily harm to any person whatsoever, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and being convicted thereof shall be liable, at the discretion of the court, to be imprisoned for any term not exceeding two years ...
译文如下：
任何人在控制任何种类的车辆时胡乱驾驶、狂乱驾驶、赛车或作出其他故意的不当行为，或故意疏忽，因而造成或导致任何人身体受伤害，即属犯非重刑罪，经法庭酌情决定后，可处监禁两年。
该条由《1948年刑事司法法令》及《1953年刑事司法法令（北爱尔兰）》第1(2)条修订。
“非重刑罪”[编辑]
对非重刑罪（misdemeanour）的提述，须解释为对罪行（offence）的提述。条文中的“即属犯非重刑罪”就是“即属犯罪”。[2]

香港《侵害人身罪条例》第33条（各类车辆的司机因狂乱驾驶而伤人）如下：
Any person who, having the charge of any carriage or vehicle, by wanton or furious driving or racing or other wilful misconduct, or by wilful neglect, does or causes to be done any bodily harm to any person shall be guilty of an offence triable either summarily or upon indictment, and shall be liable to imprisonment for 2 years.

任何人在控制任何种类的车辆时胡乱驾驶、狂乱驾驶、赛车或作出其他故意的不当行为，或故意疏忽，因而造成或导致任何人身体受伤害，即属犯可循简易或公诉程序审讯的罪行，可处监禁2年。
审讯的方式[编辑]
在香港，“因狂乱驾驶而伤人”属于可循简易程序或公诉程序审讯的罪行[1]。在英格兰及威尔士，该罪行只能以公诉程序审讯。
刑罚[编辑]
在英格兰及威尔士，此罪行可处两年监禁[3]，在北爱尔兰[4]及香港[1]亦是如此。
