比哥斯(Bigos)是一種流行於波蘭立陶宛白俄羅斯烏克蘭的菜餚最具代表性的菜餚之一。比哥斯的做法是將切好的捲心菜德國酸菜和肉類及炒過的洋蔥、香菇一起燉煮,時間長達2至3天。比哥斯被譽為是波蘭的國菜[1][2][3],按照波蘭習慣一般要在節禮日這天吃比哥斯。
