2003年末，专辑中的《Don't Bring Me Down》作为主打单曲在澳大利亚发行。[13]这首歌后来作为四首歌的迷你专辑《Don't Bring Me Down》并在英国发行。《Breathe Me（英语：Breathe Me）》在澳大利亚以外大多数地区作为首支单曲发行，《Don't Bring Me Down》则是第二首单曲。2004年5月，《Breathe Me》在英国单曲榜上排名第 71 位，而第三首单曲《Where I Belong》则登上了前100名，然而第四首单曲《Numb》并未出现在榜单上。[14]
