罗杰·希尔斯曼（英語：Roger Hilsman Jr.，1919年11月23日—2014年2月23日），美国政治人物、作家。曾担任美国总统约翰·肯尼迪的顾问、远东事务助理国务卿，是越南战争中政策制定的关键人物。[1][2][3]
