美国儿科医师学院（英語：American College of Pediatricians，简称英語：ACPeds）是由約五百名提倡保守勢力復興的小兒科醫生所組成的组织。[1]
創立於2002年，創始者都來自美國小兒科學會，因為無法接受美國小兒科學會支持LGBT收養的缘故，因此決定脫離原學會，轉而創立该學院，以示抗議。[2][3][4]
截至2016年為止，此學院的會員人數約為500人。[5]
